3D printing resin Fun To Do Snow White NXT GEN.

With the Snow White resin for 3D printing, we are entering the arena of unmatched colour possibilities…..!

New NEXT GENERATION Snow White 3D printing resin

Because of the world wide shortage of some ingredients, Fun To Do has not been able to supply distributors and resellers all over the world with the full range of products. This is why they have developed alternative formulas, using ingredients that they can source easily. This way they can circumvent shortages that might appear in future times.

With these new formulations they have tried to copy the properties of their existing products, but the properties of the new formulas, although similar, are not the same.  Some of the NxtGen products are stronger, some of the products are faster on one machine, and the same, or perhaps a bit slower at a certain layer thickness, on another machine.

When shortages are over, we will have two similar products!
NxtGen Snow White and Snow White Classic.

NEW PROMOTION!

With one bottle of NXTGEN Snow White, you will get one free FEP sheet of 19x13cm (fits most popular printers)!

3D printing resin Fun To Do Snow White NXT GEN characteristics

NxtGen Snow White has a yellow undertone when first printed. Because of the photobleaching properties of some of its ingredients, after being fully cured, the print becomes the white you are used to. The resolution of NxtGen Snow White is phenomenal, and resolutions of 0.05mm are easily achievable (on the proper printer). The Hardness is around 80 shore D, We have made the viscosity slightly higher at around 85-90mpas at 20C, otherwise the exposure times would be too low for most machines.

Finishing Instructions

  1. To clean and remove excess resin, agitate the 3D printed part in an ulkltrasonic cleaner with TEK1969 cleaning or in a simple vat with TEK1960 solvent* for 1-2 minutes until all excess resins has been removed.

  2. Do not soak in acetone. Do not leave the 3D part soaking in the liquid. Use a soft brush if necessary.

  3. Clean off any excess of liquid with a cold blowdryer or compressed air.

  4. Leave under the sun or in a UV lamp to cure. The resin is fully cured when fingernails do not leave scratch marks on the object.

  5. Even after full post cure some parts may still have a sticky surface. You can treat your print with Ta-Tack Away. A quick wash in this special formula will add a stick-free coating on the printed part.

*We do not recommend the use of denatured or isopropyl alcohol (IPA). It is very aggressive on the polymerized resin and it could weaken the structure of the 3D part. It is also flammable and potentially harmful to people and the environment.

Store the resin in a dry, cool, shaded place out of direct sunlight.
